Hams Hall (N.Warks) - BMW Plant & Offices
New build headquarters and office accommodation for BMW – Part of the 100,000m2 plant design, Cat-A.
Meriden Hall (Meriden) - Pertemps Group HQ
This project is for a low/zero carbon extension to a grade II* listed building for a national company. We have worked closely with the client and English Heritage to produce a design that obtained Planning and Listed Building approval for this development in the green belt. The project used state of the art rain screen cladding in conjunction with frameless glazing, which was led by Jeff Scoffham.
Newly built, Hasker Architects Ltd Project Managed this scheme to completion, on time and on budget. The design has been awarded Regional Finalist in the 2019 Civic Trust National Award's and Regional Finalist for the Civic Trust Selwyn Goldsmith Award for Universal Design. It is currently being assessed for further awards.

Bayer Polymer Latex
A new single storey office building for Bayer Polymer Latex, a chemical company based in the Midlands, built on a brownfield site.
A mix of new 4000m2 of offices and car parks. the refurbishment to offices of a bonded warehouse, lock keepers cottages and rebuilding of a lock keepers office - All of which are listed buildings.
This project was at the forefront Birmingham's redevelopment using the canals as an asset rather than turning the development back on the canals.
